St. Ann’s Cattle Co. to be paired with Chef Mario Stanzione at the 2020 PA Farm Show’s Preferred Culinary Connection stage on Wednesday, January 8th at 2:00 pm.  Chef Mario Stanzione is the Executive chef of Hollywood Casino  and will be preparing a Wagyu meatloaf along with Paul who is providing the wagyu ground beef from St. Ann’s.

The first full blooded Wagyu calf was born September 15, 2017 a heifer and she was followed by a bull calf on the 18th.

The first prodigy of Kitaguni 93B was born on March 7, 2017  and he’s a bull calf.

We are proud to announce the addition of a Wagyu bull to our herd.  Kitaguni 93B (FB 19039) is a full blooded Wagyu bull and will greatly enhance our genetics and beef quality.  Wagyu is known worldwide for its tenderness and marbling.  We are very excited and look forward to raising Kitaguni's prodigies.
